FINANCE RESOURCES AND LINKS

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Receivable (AR) refers to the money an organization is owed by its customers for goods or services provided on credit. It involves issuing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collection. AR is a key component of cash flow management, as it represents incoming funds that support business operations.

Procurement & Accounts Payable

Procurement is the process of acquiring goods, services, or works needed by an organization, involving tasks like identifying needs, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and making purchases. Tenders are posted online at www.biddingo.com

Accounts Payable (AP) manages the financial side of these purchases, ensuring invoices are processed, payments are made on time, and records are accurately maintained. Procurement secures what the organization needs, while AP ensures vendors are paid, completing the procurement cycle.

Payroll & Benefits

Payroll refers to the process of calculating and distributing wages or salaries to employees for their work. It includes tracking hours, calculating gross pay, deducting taxes and other withholdings, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. Benefits are additional forms of compensation provided to employees beyond their regular pay. These may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, bonuses, and other perks that contribute to employee well-being and job satisfaction. Together, payroll and benefits are critical components of employee compensation and organizational compliance.
